Squats: 317x1x2, 317x3x1
All time pr's. Squats has sucked for months, them BAM! its taken off. After doing the "squats pr happy dance" I skipped the rest of the workout and went home to begin a well deserved deload week.
All is right with the world!

I was wrong. Today was the last scheduled workout before deload week.
Bench Press: 265x1x1. PR and it felt easy so.............275x1x3 with a pause on the chest. (did have a lift off)
OHP: (dynamic day w/swiss bar, varying between three grips) 150x3x4, 150x5x1. Two minute rests between sets.
