Hey everyone,

I've always been skinny(177cm and about 64-67kgs for quite a while). Few months ago I started going to the gym three times a week, and i did that for 1 month without gaining any results. Then I found about Starting Strength, and I started following it.

Starting + my first workout 16.12.2016
Weight: 67kgs

60kgs squat
35kgs bench
70kgs deadlift


I though I might aswell start the log this early
