    Bench (plain ol'): 45x5x2; 75x5; 115x3; 135x6x3

    Deadlift - I wasn't keeping track of the warm up weights, b/c I was alternating with 2 other lifters. Work weight, 260x5

    Squat (plain ol): 45x5x2; 135x5; 175x3; 220x6x2; 220x5x2 (I managed to misread the instructions - it was supposed to be 220x5x4)

    2 Ct Pause Bench: 45x5x2; 75x5; 95x3; 115x1; 120x5x3

    Tempo Dead Lift: 135x3; 165x1; 190x3x3 (I think I'm too fast on the way up on these)
