First injury occurred tonight. Tweaked my lower, left back during workload squats. Got through OHP, but skipped DL. Will see how recovery goes - hopefully quickly.

Back to it now. Back seems fine and didn't hurt during SQ. I missed depth when I tried 255, so on my 3rd set I went back to 245 and did well. Will work my way back up.
