I know lifting isn't all rainbows and unicorns. There are days when you feel awesome and days that suck. Today the pendulum just happened to swing past sucky to total hot mess. Which seems ridiculous given the weights I am at right now but c'est la vie.
Sq: 130x3x5. Still working on finding and maintaining a steady back angle. Thought I was getting better but video says otherwise.
Ohp: 51x3x5. Meh.
Dl: 155x1x5 plus a lot of 135s. Backed off weights while trying to fix my tendency to drop hips as I start pull. Still a work in progress.
