    Had a cold, was not feeling great but stilled showed up.

    LBBS
    5 @ 175, 2 @ 185 + 3 @ 180, 2 @ 180 + 3 @ 175
    - 5 pounds makes... a difference. 185 is the most I've ever put on the bar and it was not a big deal.

    Lat pull-downs
    3x8 @ 105

    DB bench
    3x10 @ 35#
    - scapppps need to be pulled back

    Easy squat PR even though I felt like total shit. More PR's to come.
