    Monday, September 25:

    Lunges - 45lbs (3x10)
    Plank - 20lbs (3x30s)

I haven't done power cleans in a while. They actually felt pretty smooth. I managed to rack 110 but it was a close one. Then I apparently forgot how to clean on the last set of 95. Just complete shit. But a regular gym bro came up after my first set of 95 and said they looked really good. Said he works with football players who can't clean that well. Dude's built like a tank and I've seen him bench 405 for 3. Aw gee, thanks 😊

Not every day. For a few weeks I was doing a sort of upper/lower/sprint/off cycle, so based on 4 days. I haven't done sprints this week though. Stupid heat wave. I'll have to do them inside soon too, with cold weather coming.

    Wednesday, October 4:

    14 min. moderate elliptical
    11 min. moderate C2

The DOMS is real. I was supposed to sprint today but I'd prefer to be able to walk tomorrow so just did some easy cardio to get the blood flowing in my legs.

Rare as they are, I will definitely celebrate the ones I get.

Hams, 'ductors, ass, low back and traps are all "celebrating" too.
