I think the most annoying part is that I don't normally like those kinds of things. I usually find them literally too sweet. But then I'll go through a couple days where I just want sugar. Damn period.

    Sunday, September 3:

    OP - 52.5lbs (1x5), 60lbs (1x5), 67.5lbs (1x7!)
Last 2 had a bit too much layback. They weren't as hard as others I've had to grind out and didn't have as much layback.

    Ass Dips - 20kg (1x10), 30kg (4x10)
    Ass CU - 20kg (1x10), 30kg (4x10)
    Superset

    Farmers - 100lbs (6x80ft)

    Monday, September 4:

    DL - 107.5lbs (1x5), 125lbs (1x5), 142.5lbs (1x7!)
My friend came up to ask me something just as I finished but I had deadlift brain so I just stared at him and said "...wuht?"

    SQ - 75lbs (5x10)
Deads also seem to be a good warmup for my hip before squats.

    Situps - 5lbs (3x10), No weight (2x10)

Finished with 10 minutes on a bike

    Tuesday, September 5:

    Hill Sprints - 10x12s (17 minutes)
Ok I have no idea how long these each are. It keeps changing, from 10-15s but I always go the same distance. I think overall time went down so that's good. Grass was wet today and my knee doesn't hurt anymore so I did hills and tried to pay more attention to form.

    Wednesday, September 6:

    BP - 65lbs (1x5), 75lbs (1x5), 85lbs (1x9!)
    OP - 40lbs (5x10)
    SPD - 77lbs (5x10)
    Farmers - 100lbs (5x80ft)
C2 - 5 min (just to stretch the legs a bit)

    Friday, September 8:

    SQ - 102.5lbs (1x5), 117.5lbs (1x5), 132.5lbs (1x7!)
    DL - 100lbs (5x10)
    Situps - 5lbs (4x10), No weight (1x10)
    Elliptical - 7.5 minutes

I tried warming up with a couple minutes on the rower before squats but it didn't seem to help at all.
Also, my back was starting to hurt by the last couple sets of situps. Maybe I'll try leg raises instead for a while, or alternate.

Cool farmers. You do them with dumbbells, right? DBs are so awkward to farmer's walk I find. I just... don't. So good on you!

Nice PRs on the squats and bench too.

Thanks. Yes I do them with dumbbells and yes they are awkward but the other choices are plates or kettlebells (which my gym does not have pairs of). I guess I could do uneven carries, which is not a bad idea.

    Sunday, September 10:

    OP - 55lbs (1x3), 60lbs (1x3), 70lbs (1x5)
    Ass. Dips/Chins - 10kg (1x5), 20kg (1x10), 30kg (3x10)

I was super weak tiday. Not tired, strangely, just weak. Probably from riding my motorcycle for 6 hours earlier.

    Monday, September 11:

    DL - 117.5lbs (1x3), 132.5lbs (1x3), 150lbs (1x5)
    SQ - 80lbs (5x10)
    Situps - 5lbs (3x10)

I stopped the situps after 3 sets because I noticed my back starts to hurt when I get tired and start arching my.back when coming up. I also tried the L-sit/leg raise thingies. I didn't expect my quads to hurt like that. There is sore from being tired, and then there is pain like knives in thighs. I am not doing that again anytime soon.

    Thursday, September 14:

    BP - 70lbs (1x3), 80lbs (1x3), 90lbs (1x5)
    Ass. Dips - 10kg (1x5), 20kg (4x10)
    Ass. Chins - 10kg (1x5), 20kg (4x10)
    Farmers - 100lbs (4x80ft)

    Friday, September 15:

    SQ - 110lbs (1x3), 125lbs (1x3), 140lbs (1x5!)
    DL - 105lbs (5x10)
    Situps - 7.5lbs (1x10), 5lbs (1x10), 2.5lbs (1x10), HBH (1x10)
I should really stop doing situps. My back didn't bother me for months, then I do situps and feel like an old lady.

    Sunday, September 17:

    Hill Sprints - 10 (22 minutes)
I time how long it takes me total. Starting from the first sprint until I make it back doen the hill after # 10. Rests are done walking back down the hill and a bit longer if I need. Today was longer than usual but I was running in the morning instead of after work like usual.

    Monday, September 18:

    OP - 60lbs (1x5), 67.5lbs (1x3), 75lbs (1x2,F)
I was super pissed. I couldn't even get 3 reps. I was doing sets of 2 months ago. My upper body lifts feel like they are getting weaker.

    Ass. Dips - 10kg (1x7), 20kg (1x10), 30kg (3x10)
    Ass. CU - 10kg (1x4), 20kg (1x7), 30kg (3x10)
Assistance lifts are also weak as f***.

    Tuesday, September 19:

    DL - 125lbs (1x5), 142.5lbs (1x3), 157.5lbs (1x5!)
I was super surprised and happy about these. I didn't even expect to get 3, but I beat my PR from around 6 months ago. Also, I am not the brightest. I used chalk for the first time in a few months. No chalk for 125, and it was pretty heavy. Then chalk for 142.5 and it was so easy! Like I took weight off instead of adding.

    SQ - 85lbs (1x10), 80lbs (4x10)
    Plank - 10lbs (3x30s)
