I've heard of all kinds of injuries but how did you get a shoulder injury during sleep?
Not sure how I tweaked my left shoulder initially, but "knowing better" I slept on my left side anyway.
Been having some trouble sleeping since I've "dropped" my bourbon habit a couple weeks back.

Working on my sleep quality / quantity. Apparently I'm doing it wrong.
My wife has come down with something for which she is under Dr's care. The worst expression of it is coughing throughout the night and into the day. Nighttime affects me in that even though we are in different rooms for now her coughing wakes me up. On a good night, I get about five hours. Yeah, I guess I'm whining but I would trade any of it for the 56 1/2 of love and loyalty. I just pray she gets through this with God's help.
My prayers are with you Carson. Sleep is important, but other things are more important.
It seems a lot of illness is going around this year, but so far not much mention of covid. They did just send out " free" test kits so maybe there gearing up for the big winter hit.
