I think your doing the airdyne every wo is a good idea. I do a short warmup on the C2 rower before I workout, but I should do it again at the end of the lifting. Years ago when I worked out at a gym I would row after working out and it seemed to be beneficial.

BrooklynJerry: Thanks, I started out thinking it would not matter... one of many times I've been wrong.

Happy belated birthday. I did not realize we were only 7 months apart.

FredJ: Congrats of making it to the rarified air of 69+ and still lifting!
My current riding mower (Ariens 19hp lawn tractor 14 yrs old) is having drive issues.
I do two lawns a week. My brother has a Deere L120 which he fixed and is using, but now
I willing to trade me for my broken Ariens. I won't be able to accept that generous an offer, but I'm sure
    We'll get something done tomorrow.

Push mowing my lawn used to take 45 min. Now, I need some breaks, and I'm pretty useless for hours. LOL.
Just be patient with yourself and take breaks. Give yourself permission to take as much time as it takes.
This has the side benefit of reducing pushback when buying and upgraded rider. I use my tractor to move my utility trailer
and my boat, so a ZTR is not in the cards for me. I'm retired so I allow myself the extra time it take with a tractor.
