    It seems like the 10 lb jump to 36 was too much. Decided to ramp up volume and frequency. Feeling better.

    Working in a couple hundred minutes of low intensity Airdyne per week.
    Rucking sessions seemed far more productive. I feel I"m in a good place to restart.
