Thanks Mark! I'll have to see if my pin spacing allows that (they may be too far apart).
I think my setup is disturbed by the fact that I have to move a foot to the right after taking it off the pins due to a duct that runs through my garage.
There were only so many ways to work around this limitation. And my ceiling is low anyway, limiting me to 25's on the press. I thought it was going to be 10's, so I bought 8 pairs of the crappiest looking 10's you'll ever see.... but they were real cheap.
I will work with the notion of letting the bar settle though.

    Thanks again!

Even a little higher won't hurt, I don't think. I typically used a 6" higher than bottom position of the press, and I suspect that anything below lockout height at the tippy top will be OK.

OK, back spasms continue, this workout felt real good.
Hope this is getting back on track.
Time will tell, it always does.
No back spasms since this light work today.

Merry Christmas (which lasts until January 6. The Julian calendar begins Christmas on that day) and Happy New Year.

Any word on the Karl front?

Nothing yet. My bad, got busy and did not pester him in email yet.

Going to change my D3 suppliment to 5,000iu with K2 now. I already get plenty of A with cod liver oil.

I didn't have the K2 before, and I took 10,000 iu for a bit, which I think I'll back off on as a precaution.
    (Thanks Paulbfast)

Good video on what is known about the interactions.

I was sorry I posted so long with Dr. Sullivan covered the options better and faster. I embarrassed myself. Of course listen to Sully.

I was all "spray and pray".
