I saw that. It was 2 days of lifting one day of prowler. Which is a better idea than what I'm actually doing. But I don't have a prowler and any HIIT approaching that intensity has killed me so far.
I suspect I'm just under active for a variety of reasons. Perhaps too stressed with work to recover as I should.
So some moderate walking would not be something others need to track. I've tried Farmer Walks and Kettle Bell Swings. The intensity killed my recovery. Now to add insult to injury, I've decided to lose weight. LOL.
I'll do what I can. Trying to get two lifting days a week. And a moderate amount of walking. In a month, when I'm hiking with 30 somethings... I'll have a much better idea of how this went.
Prioritizing Conditioning for BP control?
Here is that link.

I don't have a prowler either. I should do some farmers walks again, been awhile. I heard that getting even one 10 minute steady walk a day should help with BP. As far as dropping weight I think push always from the table work best.

Do the trac after your lifts. Rest between lifts, my friend, or you gains will go south.
