    Wednesday Oct 30, 2019 8:30pm late-ish
    Press/arc 42x5 93x4 92x5,4 maybe a little too aggressive +1.. not so much
    Squat 45x5 135x5 185x3 222.5x5x3 +2.5 again

Late due to work/family obligations. Press not exactly where it needs to be.
Need to do pull downs and bench some.
Squat could be ok-ish If I can progress from here.

May do Dead lift / pull down on Thu.

    11/3/2019 Sunday

    Pull down's 40x5 110x5x3
    Bench 45x5 135x5x3
    Squat 45x5 135x3 185x1 220x5x3
    Dead 135x3 185x1 240x5

Went well. Saw six holes on my belt for the squat. (aka 6" less than the times I was on the last hole)

Felt real good. eating and sleeping better.

6" less. Good work. Check your chest. I'll bet it's bigger. Who says we can't defy Mean ol' Mr. Gravity?

Thanks guys!!! Got a cold, was the "still operational one", so I spent a lot of time making soup and going to the drug store for Nightquil. LOL.

    But missed some lifts

11/12/2019 9 day gap / sick garage temp 37F. but the bar seemed colder.
    SQUAT 45X5 135X3 185X1 222.5x5x3
    Press/arc 42x5 92x5x3
    DEAD 135x3 185x1 245x5

Highly recommend making your own bone broth. Helped a lot of sick folks.
