6/23/2020 Tuesday 3 day gap
Been hobbling around with some sort of glue issue.
Squat 45x5 95x3x3
Probably should have done this the next day... maybe the same day.
Didn't sleep well at all.

6/24/2020 Wednesday Still hobbling.
Squat 45x3 95x3x3
Still had to foam roller. Still hurts.
Upper glute, left side.
Pain comes in flashes.
Squats are very uncomfortable, as is walking / getting out of chairs.

6/25/2020 Thursday
Saw my chiro. Walking normally after visit.
After the usual stuff, he demoed Figure 2-13 (page 21) from Starting Strength Basic Barbell Training
and said do these every day. He had me do them in a doorway figuring I'd fall over and needed something to grab.
Squat 0x5 45x5 95x4 got a twinge on fourth rep so I stopped.
Much better than yesterday. I might have added weight if rep 4 went as well as the rest.

6/27/2020 Saturday
Squat 45x3x2 95x3x3
Felt much better after workout. Pain had returned in the morning, hurt all day until I worked out.
I won't waist my next opportunity back in PR territory. Stayed with 10 pound jumps too long.
Audio: Strong Enough Maybe Rip can talk me out of being stupid... worth a shot.

I'm glad to see that you are still at it but sad to see that it still hurts.
Since there is no Fall Classic in Chicago we will miss seeing you. David says he may shoot for a Spring Challenge.

Take it slow but be consistent in training, and eventually you push thru this.
