NO!!!! It's bad enough that this spring was canceled.
I'm just going to pretend it is still on.
Always great to see you there.

Your approach has been very inspirational on all levels.
I hope your trees make it.
At first I thought your equipment (tractor and excavator) was overkill... then I started to see the bigger picture of what you're up to.
It is an amazing project.
I look forward to when the cider is available. Would make a great Christmas gift.
Will you be able to ship or will I have to drag my ass down there?
As for my training, I'll keep at it. This has been a frustrating tweak.
It was a mistake to "just squat" as rehab... I need to do the lifts I can do to help recovery.
FWIW: I've found the "real" source of the problem. My couch.
Yes I spend too much time on it, but beyond that, it began to fail asymmetrically over time, dropping my left side.
I started to recover when I quit sitting in "my spot". I'll be replacing the couch. A tough lesson for me, being cheap and all.

Been a while since I benched.
Squat pre covid workset was 236.
Ass is still broken. But I'll keep working my way back.
I've got to quit letting things bother me.
My nephew's squat today was 3 sets of 5 with 3 wheels.
So proud of him!
It was great to get a workout in.

Hot in the garage. fan helps.
Still feels like a long way to recent PR's for reps. 107 / 236 / 272.
Thought I could handle bigger jumps... not so much.
I know you'll be back to your numbers soon!
Very nice progress. The couch makes sense. If I drive in the car or truck with my wallet in my pocket my sciatica flairs up. If I let myself get dehydrated, back pain comes a calling. And if I have pants on that are too tight, same thing. All I can figure on the pants is that the waist compresses a nerve bundle.
Yes, the cider should be available for shipping. I think. Rules change on that sort of thing all the time so we will see what happens when we are ready for market.
As for the Tractor and excavator. HahahI wish I could afford all the equipment that I would like to get my hands on. I’d have a forest mulcher out there. We still have a 5 year plan from now to get the farm squared away. Next year we will put some goats and pigs to work on some of it.

Basically a repeat of the last workout. Didn't reach on weights. Hoping to stabilize this Free Fallin.

Thanks BrooklynJerry and PizzaDad. Getting a workout in felt like coming home.
Nothing bad happened... so there's that.
Vacation next week. I just bought a new boat. It will be an adventure.
Hint: it is not a kayak. LOL.
My first thought is canoe. Nut as we get older we become wiser. And often have more resources. So perhaps a pontoon boat or a speedboat.
Just returned from 6 days in God's Country (aka Northern Wisconsin)
I got a 17'1" jon boat, 6'6" beam. (Tracker Grizzly 1754).
Put a 1988 Yamaha 9.9 SG on it, and cavitated the prop terribly, could not get above 4.5 mph basically 1/4 throttle.
Bought a "high thrust" prop locally available which was little better (5 mph).
But I did cruise around S L O W L Y, on the Rainbow Flowage and wisconsin River. I may put a 4 blade low pitch prop (like a kicker motor would have) and maybe I can get 12 mph or so.
Maybe I'll get a Merc 40 with Jet drive, which would be great for shallow water. Also a bimini.
Spoke with an older guy who had a great boat, and he just reeled off pearls of wisdom about such boats. He had a very similar boat (a foot longer and over a foot wider), which he used for a number of things including scuba.
His thoughts about engines, deck config, and tiller setup were priceless.
Considering a 4 blade 10 x 7 prop (or a 9.25 x 10... not sure it has clearance for the 10 x 7) for the little Yamaha that could. Not sure it has clearance, and how much thrust you get with props seems to require chanting, chicken feathers and some sort of cauldron.
Butt is still sore. Will lift after I unpack.
