FIFY. Sorry to hear this, I have the same thing right now, lots of bench, neutral + wide grip chins + lat pulldowns = 2 unhappy shoulders.
I HBBS so it didn't affect me much there, side-sleeper also and I use a pillow and put my arm UP, doesn't bother it. Live and learn; you'll get it better and keep on keepin' on. Best of luck, CP!
