Yeah, those locks around Starved Rock might pose a real obstacle to further Westward progress. That park is spectacular in Autumn.

    Dead Lift 135x5 225x3 257x3

*may have been a misload left side may have had a 2.5 where there should have been a 5 * gotta watch that
But the good news is first time I've seen 6 holes on my XL belt. I've seen as few as 3, and was at 5 two weeks ago.
My goal was to get to 9... so I could get a Large belt as opposed to a fat a$$ belt.
Been eating mostly Stan Efferding's rice (but with chicken) and eggs. Just cut back on the rice.

My unscheduled "day off" on Friday was because I needed to completely redo my boat cover strategy.
Boat tarps turn jon boats into swimming pools. I had to siphon a foot of water out of a section of the boat.
I built support stands (like tent poles but free standing) to support a 10' section of 2" pvc.
Note that using 1/2" pvc resulted in my boat having a pool. I used motorcycle straps across the pole to keep the cover from sagging.
    Rube Goldberg would be proud.
I also leveled my boat, which sounds minor but I had to build jack 3 stands between 20" and 36". My side driveway is not "real level".
So now the boat drains properly if water does get in, as long as it is not pooled in the cover.

    Squat 45x5 135x3 192x5,0,4 190x4

Ok went to chiro today... never good for same day lifts.

OK I suck at this but I have lost 22 pounds since March 278-> 256. (at 6'2")
which is nothing to brag about.
But I am none the less grateful for.

Congrats on the weight loss. That's quite a feat including moving your workout weights up as you progress.

Ditto to Fred's comment. Keep up the good work both on the weight loss and the strength gain.

    You guys are too kind.

    7/2/2021 Friday

I guess "staining the rest of the deck" counts as yard work.
So I should have lifted first... but weather and more good excuses... I lifted second. LOL

    Bench 45x5 115x3 156x4 155x3 150x5 (scheduled for 156x3,3,3)

    Squat 45x5 135x1 185x0 quarter squat 155x3,3,3 (scheduled for 193x3,3,3)

Pull Downs 55x5 125x5,5,5 Have not done these in months... may throw them in on dead lift day

    Weight: 254 down 24

I see what you guys do and I'm stunned.
It was important for me to build the prowler, and realize I could barely push a lawn mower.
Then I decided to get a good push mower and mow lawns. Mine and sometimes my daughters.
About this time I started taking Perfect Amino, and I decided to cut my food intake.
And looking at my logs, I got more consistent about my lifting.
So, a lot of moving parts. But to this point it is working for me.
    Thanks for your support.
