Pull Downs 100x5 145x5,5,5
Dead lift 135x5 225x1 258x0 255x0 245x3
first attempt 258 never broke ground
Second 255 got an inch on quick try again
third at 245 the first one was struggle bus, and the next two were fine
Probably a setu problem
My rack almost tipped when doing pulldowns last session.
I put a 2x8 across the rack's foot in the back and put all 3 pair of 35's and a pair of 10 lb bumper plates
on the board. Seemed to stabilize things.

150 caught the hooks but did not lock out, very bad move
145 felt heavy but got em

Weekend spent consuming fried chicken at Baptism and Graduation parties.

Perhaps I should work at not grazing at 5 hour parties.

Finally starting to feel good about my squat. Been stuck in the 165 to 190 range since January.
Was way too forward, worse as I came up.
Got a week coming with little chance for lifting.
I'll be getting a Rogue Dog sled in a week or two.
