    Bench 45x5 115x3 150x3,3,3

    Squat 45x3 115x1 176x3,3,3

    Both repeats of last cycle.
About to tackle a home improvement project for my daughter's house.
A floor for half of her garage attic. Need storage.
Lots of good stuff on youtube. My brothers are pretty good at this stuff too.
Should result in 144 sq ft of flooring. 4.5 sheets of osb.
    A fair amount of cutting.

    Dead 135x3 205x1 235x1,3

listen to Rip's Fridee podcast. Very amusing. Should have been paying attention to my plate math.

My problem is not the math but my mind wandering off and forgetting to load both ends of the bar the same...duh.

    Press 72x5 102x5,5,5

    Squat 45x3 115x1 176x3,3,3

For those clever with calendars that was a 2 week gap... yikes!
That was horribly easy to let happen.
Been installing an attic floor in my daughter's garage to improve storage.
Strength training has paid off big. But between that and going up on my roof to blow out the gutters and other fall chores... my training has suffered.
At one point I had overdone it to the point where one night I slept 14 hours.
So to me I would have been ok with not making previous numbers... but I did make my previous (though pitiful) numbers.
Still have a way to go on the attic project. But I feel a lot better about it having gotten an actual workout in.
I have no idea how Pizzadad gets away with his farm / house building projects / full time work.

At any rate, about half of the flooring project is done. And I'm getting better at it. By the time I'm done is should be nearly passible. LOL.

Thanks for the comments, they keep me on my toes.... except on the deadlift where that is a bad thing.

    Bench 45x5 115x3 150x3,3,3 repeat

    Squat 45x3 115x1 177x3,3,3 a little struggle with depth

Been getting beat up on the garage attic floor project... but we're getting close.
Just going to install a primitive dumb waiter (aka elevator for boxes).
The engineering on this is not as straight forward as I had hoped.
Maybe I'll be able to work out more than once a week, LOL.
Began clearing excess work materials last night. The end is near.

I feel for you that flooring project can't be easy at our age. I don't like working down on the floor. Its still good that you are getting at least one lift day in a week. Good luck with it.

I sure understand how you feel. When I was younger (late 40's) I worked full time and did plenty of big home projects at the same time lifting twice a week. Now at almost 72 I cut out doing any big jobs and plan what has to be done around the days I want to lift.
