Was worried about the worksets because it was hard last time.
Couldn't decide what song to play...
First set was Not Falling by Mudvein
so I said "Alexa play songs by Meshuggah" for 2nd and 3rd set.
Not a fan of the music... but it gave me the right mindset.

Shoulder might be ready to test on a low bar, not quite sure how to transition.
probably do deads every session until 75% of recent 5RM (265) so I will start jumping by 10's when I'm over 200
Safety squats are more struggle bus than expected.

Was able to hold my 1" doll rod in low bar position with only minor discomfort. First time I've been able to do that.
Very curious how this affects my next session.

third rep of the second set, I was pretty sure I had a fart with a "solid core"... did the 4th & 5th rep. No point in interupting the set over that.

missed my Sunday workout, building a shelf / bar rack that went "longer
than planned.
But now I have a place to store my Safety Squat Bar, trap bar and other bars.

Workout was pretty late for me, 9pm, still working on the project.
9mg of Meletonin giving me much better sleep. (also earplugs) even without evening shower. Expect better recovery going forward.
My workout space is much better organized now.

wow I suck at farmer walk... well all three of these.
will watch recovery with interest.
Also added "Sleepytime tea" at night to earplugs, and 9mg Melaitonin, and some quiet time. (if tv on, no sound)
Working on personal stress issues. Company being bought, having been an analyst on ownership changes 5x, my employment is "in the air" in the 4 to 8 month time frame.
Thankful for a great economy though, and marketable skills. If I "go" the company is in more trouble than I am. But knowing all that, it is still hard not to obsess about it.
Hope to pull heavy tomorrow.
