It looks like it was a worthwhile endeavor building your pull blocks. Nice job!

    rehab arc/press/hang 72x5 102x5,5,5

halted DL 185x3 248x1 276x3 PR for reps

Snow then a strange tooth problem. Cloves work well on lower mouth pain if used in 3's. (bite off the pointy parts)
Got my first decent night of sleep last night. Also took vacation day.

I did 275x5 (DL) a couple years ago.
Obviously the halted DL are a better indication of my dead lift limit should we ever be allowed meets again.

It looks like both your Halting and Rack Pull would point to a 305-ish single deadlift from the floor, from what I've been reading and experiencing. Hopefully you get a chance to test it soon.

    Thursday 2/10/2022

    rehab arc / hang 72x5 201x5,5,5

    Rack Pulls 185x3 283x1 315x0,0 305x3

Both attempts at 315 left the cradles.

I guess that is enough 10 pound jumps.

    Crazy Train - Ozzy

Managed to crack two teeth. Infected, on antibiotics. Need two root canals, 3 crowns, and a cavity.
But I did get a goody bag from the dentist.
    may explain the sub-stellar attempts.
I wish you better luck than I had with dental issues.

    arc/press/hang 72x5 102x5,5,5

    Halted DL 185x3 250x1 278x0,0 275x0 265x0 245x3

    That's a lot of zeroes.
A lot going on. Dental work delayed for a month.
    Work is crazier than usual.

    2/21/2022 Monday

    Hang/Arc/Press 72x5 92x5,5,5 -10

    Rack Pull 185x3 275x3 -30

Could not get dental work done.
Glad I made that progress while it was there for the taking, should come back faster.
Also added some half ass intervals to my airdyne between sets.
Daughter's baby shower was downstairs, lots of carrying stuff. I got gasses way too easy.
Job situation is "interesting". When I started feeling like hell, I listed my symptoms in an email to my boss, requesting I take the rest of my 2021 vacation (which expires in 40 days).
So, I'm off until 3/10. Things have been dicey.
My coming soon grandchild and lifting have been the bright spots.
I feel like I've been in a car crash, you're pretty sure something is wrong but can't tell what it is for a while.
It was good to lift though.
