    hang/arc/press 72x5 92x5,5,5

    halted dead lift 185x3 250x3

Yeah, I'm at "last warmup set for reps".

Having issues getting the dental work done.
I'm putting my 2021 vacation to good use.
    Glad I showed up.
3/10 is my review. Let's just say things are "interesting".
    Oh, reinjured my shoulder.
Good news: with all the mouth pain, I'm losing weight at a pretty good clip.

I hope the mouth pain isn't too bad. I don't usually drink, but the last time I had a dental problem a few Jack's helped.

    Thanks guys!

Way ahead of you. But in this case I believe the pain might be from infection so I'm finding it best to avoid sugar and alcohol.
But I did test.... anything for science.
Being unable to sleep is the biggest issue, then not eating. But I do find the inability to focus disturbing.
    Thanks!

Sorry about your troubles Mike. I see that you lifted yesterday and that's good. I have had issues with teeth before and had to use straws to get some food down. I would be killing the protein shakes right now.

    Press(w/arc) 72x5 92x5,5,5

    Rack Pull 185x3 275x3 295x1

Dental work finally available next week.
The cloves / vacation / whatever has got my mouth pain in a much better place.
    Feels like it is healing.
Still have shoulder pain, forgot to do my hangs I had been doing with the press.

Pulled a lot of storage stuff out to make room for "baby stuff". Daughter is due in a couple weeks.
Needed to store a bunch of baby / toddler stuff from my brother, and set up a crib / changing table in my daughter's old bedroom.
While that was going on, my rack was blocked and used as a work bench for sorting.
I've never put so much stuff in the garbage & recycling bins.

While I have some frustration with my "numbers", I mostly feel grateful that I am able to do all the moving and furniture arranging / storing... because when I started this program I could not, despite being considerably younger.

    hang/arc/press 72x5 112x0 misload 92x5,5,5

    Squat 45x5 horrible depth

Had hopes of doing sets at 135 or 150
    Root canals tomorrow.
The hang is more important for the shoulder than I thought.

Root canals are not fun but much better than they used to be. Don't let them trick you into having it done without novacaine.

And that's what it's all about!

Best of luck with that root canal. Recover well and come back stronger.
