Gotta keep lifting if I'm going to keep helping out with my grand daughter.
Need lots of coffee today. LOL.
Made a couple of chickens and a pork roast with baked potatoes to share with daughter's family.
I love the lightly grilled then slow cooked effect.
6 holes are showing on my xxl belt. (i've had as few as one showing)
When I get to 9 I'll splurge for a Starting strength belt to celebrate my "new size".
I"ll listen to Sully's "the importance of what we do" youtube tonight.
