Iíve also started a walking program using trekking poles. I discovered these well circling the drain. So far the walks have been for 20 ,22, 24 and 26 minutes. Sadly these are in aerobic events despite low speeds.

Just went through my 4th bout of Covid. Vitamin I was quite helpful. No testing this time.
Horse dewormer for the win. May still be a little off as a result, or more likely I'm doing it wrong. LOL.

Ivermectin is probably your best bet. Damned virus. The Lockdowns were probably the worst thing we could have done. It looks more and more like the US may never recover.

    Carson:
    1 Chronicals 28:20
And David said to Solomon his son, Be strong and of good courage, and do it: fear not, nor be dismayed: for the LORD God, even my God, will be with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee, until thou hast finished all the work for the service of the house of the LORD.
    KJV

Context: King David's advice to King Solomon before he passed. Perhaps we would do well to listen to such advice in times such as these.

    Bench 45x5 115x5,5,5

Squat 45x5 115x1 168x3,3,0 tweaked on third unrack

Probably just bad technique. Glad I lifted. Stress may be involved. LOL.

yeah, i would think an unracking tweak is just perhaps not getting directly under it enough?

Good advice from David to Solomon. We must keep living the life God gives and commands no matter what happens. The early Church faced hardships much worse than ours. For that matter most Christians in the world face harder persecution than we do.
