I got ya! Today I had my grandson over. He squatted 185 for 20 then 2 minutes later a set of 10. Then 2 sets of 10 with 60lb dumbbells.
I just loaded for him and did some pulldowns
plate curls and band tricep extensions in between. Just having fun

    That's great. Gateway lifting. LOL.
And of course, the right way to frame the experience.

I did stupid stuff lifting when I was young, and got away with it, because I was young.
Hell, it paid for my college.

Thanks again to Stan Efferding for putting me on this path.

Too many days in a row, working out every day feels right until it doesen't.

Pulling sled backwards. 5 minutes 140 pounds

    (kneesovertoesguy stuff)
Have a lot of back an knee pain still. hurts my form.
attempting to strengthen my knees and back so I can hold a good extension in the squat, and improve my halted dead.

B Sledpull 5 min 105# triggered over training symptoms

    3/18
    Pull down 45x5 95x5,5,5

    Good morning 45x5
    RDL 135X5
    Rack Pull 225x1 275x3

    3/30
Made a 5 pound skid that holds plates and has nice handles, and both push and pull the handles.
Costs about $20 in parts, i made it a nice size for using all the 35's I have that I don't use. (3 pair) Also takes 1" plates.

    B Sledpull 50# 3min x 3 with 3 min rest

I plan to increment the weight.

I like my sled better than my brother's Rogue Dogsled. It handles rough surfaces better and takes up a lot less room.
My nephew injured his knee and looked up rehab and this got us on the kneesovertoes guys stuff.
    So far it seems promising.
I watch an 11 month old which means a lot of "grampy on the floor time".
So I need my back and knees to behave better.

I gotta tell ya as an old guy being down on the floor is one of the toughest things to deal with for me.

Great job training and enjoy that little one. They grow fast.
