    Thanks Mark.

I shall gather my audacity and make a fight of this.

    Sunday 9:30am fasted 10/21/2018

    Deadlift
    135x5
    185x5
    240x1 Mixed grip
    225x0

Had nothing left after the 240 attempt. May as well have loaded 600 on the bar.
Will ponder "The first three questions".
Need to shift my focus in a better direction.

    AKA FALL CLASSIC (Strength Meet)
*** Bring a Singlet... no really you need one***
Lifts are in KILOGRAMS... learn how to multiply and divide by 2.2.... be careful which is which!!!

    SQUAT
    93K 204.6 lb good
    97K 213.4 LB good
    106K 233.2 lb good *** OLD GUY PR ***
    * with all the depth problems I've had over time I was shocked to have any good lifts for this movement

PRESS (could not lift my left arm or squat or dead lifts when I signed up)
    43K 94.6 good
50K 110 fail , good lift but moved my foot locking out *** would have been an old guy pr ***
55K 121 fail, right side came down about half way

    DEAD LIFT
    103K 226.6 good
    108k 237.6 good
113k 248.6 good *** needed a month before old guy PR territory

Total: 576.4 6 more if I hadn't moved my foot.

    There were impressive lifters there.

Well, at least the weigh out was a PR. =P
Great people, good time. Hard to bold this enough.
Carson, Sully and Carl Schudt were there.

It was great meeting you. Great work on the squat. I wish I could do squat at least with a straight bar. Sully and Karl are princes of men.

    135x5
    205x5x3

    Press
    45x5

Yeah, my 25's have enough ceiling clearance. did tap the ceiling once.
    Maybe I don't need those 8 pairs of crappy 10's I bought.

The USSF helpfully put a Wilks score on the lifts, which is really nice.

Officially coming in last (with authority!!!)... not so much.
An ice cold cup of reality.
All I can say is congrats to everyone who beat me.
    I plan on getting better.
Seriously, the people there were an inspiration.

wt 278... hmm nearly a pr... too much stress at work... have to deal with that.
    Stress is not your friend.

    Lat Pull down
    50x5
    160x5x3

    Dead Lift
    135x5
    185x3
240x5 Mixed grip... possibly my problem last week

Emailed Karl Schudt to get some instruction. Waiting to hear back.
I've been at roughly this spot in my lifts several times.
Now I'm looking to avoid setbacks and make progress.

Karl will be a great help to you. Now I'm nervous. You may well catch me on OHP and Deadlift after working with Karl.
