    Lots of snow removal yesterday. Did my driveway/sidewalk and that of my immediate neighbors.
    Loaded the blower on a hitch rack, and did my daughter's as well. (and several houses worth of sidewalks)
    Good thing, because by 4pm started to freeze.
    Not sure I was "recovered" from 6 hours of snow removal on Saturday.
    I'm hoping my next workout shows that to be the case.

    Saturday was 5 hours or so of snow removal. So pretty beat up.
    Pzizz ap continues to impress. Last night being the exception since I allowed myself
    to think about a real crap work situation.

    On the positive side, made my planned lifts. Nothing felt real heavy.
    Naps are more important than I would have thought.

    Did not feel near as heavy as last workout.
    I suspect better sleep.

    Carson, my thick layer of blubber protects me from the "cold garage".

    Nothing has really felt heavy since about 1/20.
    I am encouraged by the switch to 3's, and to 1 lb incr.

    Have decided that eating like a moron is a bad look.

    Motivation:
    Go to a funeral. Look at the "elderly / disabled". Take a good long look.
    It is not so simple as "lift or die", it is "lift or die horribly".

    Well, you are losing weight. Keep at it. You know Karl lost some weight last year. He does post on the nutrition forum. Maybe he some ideas. Then again, maybe you have already consulted with him.
    That motivation is certainly true. With all of the successes with Sully at Greysteel we get a few that just give up almost as soon as they start. They sweat and give up. They can stand up without help and they give up.
    I get motivated every time I see a morbidly obese person riding around in an electric wheel chair who is 20-30 years younger than I am and I see many. I'm positively motivate by John Claassen who comes every lift day. I'm motivated by a picture taken of me when I thought I was standing up straight but was slouching. I'm also motivated by the time I could not get up from the floor after doing a full prostration at Church.
    Dying horribly is indeed a powerful motivator.
