    2/12/2020 Wednesday T 38

    Squat 45x3 135x1 230x3x3 +1
    Bench 45x3 95x1 148x3x3 +1
LatPull skipped due to time constraints

Withing 2.5 pounds of a PR on the Squat for reps.
    Pzizz ap making a difference.
Had a problem with it "connecting" with the Alexa in the garage. Seemed to not be working, since nothing was coming out of my phone speaker.
I should connect to the one near my bed, believe it or not, I do not sleep in the garage, where it was 38 F at workout time, probably 32 or less at night.
Big snow removal day today. May need to transport the blower to my daughter's tonight. I should fabricate the rest of my new hitch rack.
Rube Goldberg would approve of my plan. Nothing but the finest Harbor Freight components.

No real snow yet, second year my snow blower stayed in the shed.
Harbor Freight stuff is good enough for guys like me that aren't commercial users.

    2/16/2020 Sunday T 38F

    Squat 45x3 135x1 231x3x3 +1
    Press 42x3 104x3x3 +1 * PR *
    Dead 135x3 205x1 268x3 +1 * PR * doh grip

    Pzizz FTW.
232.5 is my Squat PR for reps... so if all goes well 233 is not far off.

My 2000 Honda HS-622 has the "slush modification"
    YouTube

It was a beast before the mods, LOL.
Now it is actually annoying how far it throws the snow.
Snow isn't all that bad with a toy like this.

Maybe, but what kind of footwear do you use when doing DL's?
