Just keep doing the lifts. Even one lift a day. That mental break from forcing your effort into the physical is worth gold.

    Thanks PizzaDad.

    Every workout a victory.

    Squat 45x3 135x1 205x3x3
    Press 42x5 92x5x3
    Dead 135x3 235x3
    HIIT Airdyne 45/15 x 6 85%

While I'm not covering myself in glory with consistency. I have been able to show up on occasion.
I probably need it more than ever. Stress, survivor's guilt, this is the whole package.
When I should be getting my "prison body" LOL.

    4/4/2020 Saturday

    Bench 45x5 95x5 145x5x3

So I have to sneak into work to reboot several of my machines. LOL.
Turns out I have a hand full of M95 masks from a wallpaper scraping project.
Pairing that with wrap around safety goggles, a hat and a clorox wet wipe I've ventured out to the grocery store.
I'm sure work is far less crowded. I might use that setup anyway.
I've got two big crock pots of bone broth bubbling. Will yield a little over 2 gallons.
I think the lifts are good for my sanity, on which I have a tedious grasp at best in normal times.

It's a crazy time all over the world. I hope I survive but who can tell. I hope for greater things in any event.

    4/6/2020 Monday

    Deadlift 135x3 235x3

This is a mental health thing. Certainly doesn't qualify as training.

Every lift stimulates your muscles and makes you adapt and become stronger and that is going to make you want to get back under the bar.
