i haven't seen that cider video

one thing i like to drink in the fall is 4 parts cider, 1 part bourbon, a splash of st germain, and some grated nutmeg, shaken over ice.

very autumnal and colonial america lol

That appears to be sound advice.
I'll have to investigate further... for science.
With luck, my cider won't need a part of bourbon... but it sure wouldn't hurt.

    Squat 45x3 135x1

I guess I won't need full recovery time after this one.
Back was screaming. Don't think I made it worse, felt a little better.

    1. How much of lifting is mental.
    2. How bad I am at that aspect of lifting.
    Completely agree.

Looking at craigslist prices considering selling a bunch of my plates.
I figure a full set of Hamptons with 4 pairs of 45's and a pair of Troy 45's should be enough... along with my 8 pairs of 10's.
    These prices can't last forever.
Would be parting with nice set of Troy calibrated deeps dish, and a set of "Standard" plates.
Maybe two pair of Troy 35's as well.
Still available? Any interest in gouging a fellow board member? I'm west of 39 in Pritzker's current favorite region of the state.

Way to keep lifting through the broken ass issue.

    11/2/2020 Monday +6 days

Bench 45x5 115x5 145x5 repeat of last uninjured bench weight
Squat 45x3 115x1 145x3 +30 from last session, but still only equal to my squat... but no pain this time
    Dead 135x3 185x3 +50 and no pain...

Everything felt a lot better. Hard to describe.

My brother in Indiana has my plates and has sold at least some of them on Craigslist.

I last heard that he sold my complete set of "Standard" plates.
    Got $350 for those.

I also had a beautiful set of Troy deep dish calibrated. (look like they were powder coated gold and white).
Seriously I personally reconditioned my Hamptions, was very happy with how they came out... and my Hamptions look like crap next to these.
BUT, there are no 10's in the set. Was asking $450 for those but didn't get it.
I got a bunch of crappy 10's cheap, when I wasn't sure if I could press 25's in my garage (low ceiling)

I was sort of planning to paint those silver, like my Troys. But gold would match the Troys better.

I also have not been using my Rogue Chang bar 28.5mm. Which I like for deadlifts, and my brother uses for everything.
I also have a number of 35's (at least to sets of Troys but not the real nice ones).
my 5th pair of 45's doesn't seem real necessary given my age and current lifts. It is a silver Troy deep dish.

Let me know what you're up to / have in mind. I'll find out if the Gold Troy's are still available.
