    I am hopeful that there won’t be radical change but I will figure something out. Of course I am assuming that I’m not on a list of folks to be re-educated.

    I know what you mean about the ass lightening. I had a shot this morning as I was getting dressed. Always nice to have mother nature remind you of your place.

    couple of twinges on squat with 185, attempted twice but racked it.

    How do you think the one on and three off workout schedule is working for you? I have done it a little on my bench's and I seem to recover more completely when I do.
