Good numbers Mike! I looked at that sled and I like it. I have no where to use one except my driveway and its not too long. That wheelbarrow attachment looks interesting.

Fred J: Yeah, I like that the poles can be reversed. Turning was sort of hard on my AOM project sled.

8/2/2021 Monday Back from the wilds of Wisconsin.
My jon boat, (aka deck boat wannabe) worked great. The 5 seat (swivel) configuration got plenty of use and rave reviews.
But the Bimini was the big hit as it was hot.

    Week off.

Dead Lifts 135x3 225x1 255x3 Not a PR, but first time my heavy set was successful above BW.

Wednesday 8/4/2021, considered retirement seriously today.
    B: 251 -27

Press (with 3 arcs) 72x5 104x3,3,3 finally full reps

Squat 45x3 135x1 190x3,3,3 needed 12 minute rest on that last set

Handle with Care - Traveling Willberries
    Hush - Deep Purple

goal: bw squat for reps at 230
Dead PR for reps is 267.5
A little consistency would go a long way.

    8/9/2021 Monday

    Pull Downs 100x5 146x5,5,5 +1

    Dead lift 135x5 225x1 256x0,0 245x3

got interrupted at a bad time.
Second try at 256 broke ground, but came back to hit my shin, so I was clearly too far forward.

Meant to try out the dogsled but the interruption persisted. Maybe this is an off day thing.

    B: 252 -26

    Press (with 3 arcs) 72x5 105x3,3,3 +1

    Squat 45x3 135x1 195x3,3,3 +5

Wim Hof breathing (sort of) on the bike between sets helped

    Dog Sled 65 lbs

sidewalk / driveway 100 ft, got stuck 5x

Street (freshly paved asphalt) 240 sled only no problems

Sled + 45 (110) x 240 ft no problems other than wondering if I'd make it back

Love the sled, used the poles, my brother included the harness kit ($179 option) which, I'd
Use If I had to go on the sidewalk, that little bit of nose up on the sled rather than the nose down
torque created by the poles matters... but not on smooth asphalt.

Could not be happier with this workout.
