First time the cupcakes were excellent.
Lost a little something the second time.
Steak was also excellent, but the "loaded" mash potatoes stole the show.
Might not be the best weight loss regiment though... maybe I shouldn't have choked it back down. LOL.
Good times though. Thanks.

some perpetration was encountered.
Neighbors gave me that "I do not know that guy" look.
Pulling the dogsled across my bumpy-ish driveway works great.
Push it on the nice smooth street.

The last week has been a blur.
I couldn't believe it had been 5 days since a workout.

Time flies, at least you got work in. The cooler weather coming will be welcome.

Hey Brother,
If we ever have the privilege of seeing each other again will I recognize you? I mean, with all of the weight you are dropping will I really know you?

BrooklynJerry: Every workout is a small victory, that is true.
Carson: I doubt I'll have to jump around in the shower to get wet any time soon. But two consecutive days at 248 (before this weekend's wedding... gulp) had me feeling good.
I'll also be the guy buying you a drink, or a lunch.
Unfortunately, just like Rip says, losing weight does adversely affect strength. Which I have precious little of that to begin with.
Tweaked my right (aka bad) knee on my last squat set. Tweaked it again dancing with my bride of 44 years. I remember the bad old days when it swelled up like this all the time.
BEST $10 EVER
Bought a "replacement" thermometer for my cheap gas grill. It never had a thermometer so had to drill the hole myself.
I was shocked at how hot my gas grill got. In less than 3 minutes it is at 600 F. Perhaps this explains me burning things with such frequency.
In any event, my grilling is much improved.
