    Pull Downs 90x5 125x5,5,5

    Rack Pulls 185x3 280x1 310x3 * PR * for reps

    grip was "really working" on that third rep.
    Pull downs staying light because of shoulder issues.
    (would probably be fixed with a tad of consistency)

    The morning workout time is really strange for me.
    Strange time in my life I guess.

    Working my way through the legal agreement with work.
    I forgot how much I hate legal agreements.

    Next baby shift is 6pm to 3:30am on Saturday.
    Fiona's growth at this point is explosive.
    If you go a day or two without seeing her, it seems like a different kid.

    Got chest waders and about to order fly fishing "kit".
    My Wisconsin trip crew all decided to learn fly fishing together.
    It's like we all lost a bet or something.
