    Bench 45x5 50x5,5,5

    Squat 45x3 115x1 165x3,3,3

Lt Shoulder still has pain. Today's workout didn't bother it as much as usual, which I'll call progress.
Both the squat and the bench hurt. may have to break out the Safety Squat bar if this continues.

The shoulders can be a fickle thing at times I have to admit. But working around the pain is progress as you say. I have been working on my rack hooks to make the "handoff" and racking easier. My left one has been showing it's ass over the last month off and on so I feel your pain. I think that damn pole saw attachment for my string trimmer that I borrowed is what fu#ked mine up.

On the REO that is what I had on today lifting today. I like the live versions on YouTube from around 1980-81.

This is from my YouTube history today...

Hoping lifting improves when Fiona starts sleeping thru the night, without me rocking her.
For now I'll suffer through some bad numbers.

From my point of view, once above a certain age, this is why we lift. Everything else is secondary.

Keep at it when you can, Cheesepuff!
