I have been feeling under the weather a few times in the past 2 months, like a cold, cough and congested. Never had a fever. Tested with the quick test, always negative. I do have a supply of Ivermectin and an anti biotic that I got from Dr.Holmes due to info found on this site but never felt sick enough to take it. I'm sure you'll be doing better soon.Good luck.

It's good to see that you overcame the dreaded whatever. We tested positive a couple of months ago but had very few symptoms. No fever. Coughed a little and felt a bit tired. The positive results only lasted a week. Then we had two negative tests. We stayed away for about two weeks. I know that some have had serious consequences even death but it amounted to almost nothing for us.

Carson: as badly as I execute the "program" it has made me orders of magnitude more resilient. I am grateful to Rip and Sully for that. And of course your inspiration has not hurt things.

Saturday is my 50th high school reunion. I doubt anyone will want to do a dead lift challenge. Yet I am hopeful that some others will be "open" to the idea of training. We'll see.

It is not how many years you have left, it is how many "good years" you have left. My years now at 68 are far better than at 61. I'm having a good year.
