    Deads: 305x5x1

    Guuud. Still dinking with squat leg width. When I get it right, just powers right up. When I get it wrong, crash weights into rack on way up. Like today. Keep trying. Could have done 135 press today. Love to hit 135 before micro loading. Deads with belt for first time. Liked it lots. Finally dawned on my dumbass that the belt doesn't give support off the floor, but rather in middle of pull once you start straightening. Least I think that's how it's supposed to work.

    On another note, gotta find decent gym. Or clear out the garage for home gym 2.0. Something.

    Bit stale today. Cleans off floor. Must be careful of arm pull. Wonder if any SSC coaches in DFW TX area?

    Everything felt good. Had 30 grams carb pre workout. Did the trick. Press felt good, but mustn't get greedy. No shame micro loading.

    Foul fucking shitty foul as fuck workout. Flat, no goddam energy. Failed goddam cleans and had to go to singles. Massive arm pull. When I don't arm pull I slam my left thigh into bar so hard it makes me arm pull the next rep. Wtf? Shitty fucking day.

    Deadlift: 325.5.1

    Another foul workout. Flat and stale, no motivation or energy. Squats felt heavy. Forgot my micro plates on press. It was all I could do to get 5 reps. Deadlift was only thing that felt decent and strong.

    Really bothered by two days in a row of feeling shitty. I'm still fat--not losing weight--so clearly I'm eating. My sleep is no more shitty than it usually is. so wtf? It's far too early for LP to be drying up. Frustrated and pissed off.

    Have 100.4 temp so I think I've got root cause of shitty workouts. Interesting that workouts were such a leading indicator.

    Went to doctor. No more fever. But gave me prednisone and tylenol with codeine. Been taking it and feel better. Going to work through the prednisone and take a small reset. Hope to get back in gym over weekend.

    p clean: 120.3.5

    felt stronger on squats. 200+ grams protein per made difference? I'll keep it up and we'll see. Lost my 1.25 micro plates so used .5 pounds for press and hit some extra reps last set. Proper micro plates on order. Technique for p cleans still blows. I am getting a few reps without arm pull tho. Using bumpers in garage for these now.
