Groin and knee have fully healed. Back to lifting. Trained today as if I was a total newbie and titrated the weights
here are the numbers
Sq 3X5X165 Form was good.
OHP 3x5x85 form was not great. Had to re adjust my grip once.
DL 1x5x185 . Decent form.
Restarts suck. I felt good thru the training and looking forward to to 3x a week barring any more injuries and life.

sq 3x5x185. Some guy bumped into my bar during the first set of squats. Almost blew a gasket. for was ok.
ohp 3x5x65 Good form.
dl 3x5x185. Good form.
Felt good to be back at the bar. Aiming for consistency and grinding reps out. Sore but happy.
