    7/14/2017:

    Today was the end of 2nd strength cycle with Wolf and the day of my first Crossfit total(informal meet with Squat/Press/Deadlift). It went better than I expected - successfully got the 3rd attempts on all lifts. Squat/deadlift definitely could have been higher, but I was being conservative.

    Squat: 325x1
    Press: 140x1
    Deadlift: 350x1

    When I was new to SS, browsing through the logs gave me encouragement/inspiration seeing that ordinary people can do this & get stronger. I am resuming logging publicly and hopefully it'll benefit the community like it did for me a year ago.

    I've been taking programming from Leah for the last couple of months. Not really a novice anymore.

    Squats after heavy deadlifts are exhausting.

    Something around the right hip area was tight & couldn't get into squat bottom position without pain. So skipped 10-rep squats today - not that I'm a great fan of them.
