Notes: Haven't posted in some time. Purchased a home gym this year and training has been great. This summer I have reduced to 3x3 and reduced frequency. When I am able to train 3x5 three times a week I tend to get a bit beat up in my wrists, elbows and shoulders.
Notes: Crap training session. Was shooting for 3x3 on Bench and 1x3 on Deadlift. I'll try the same weights again next week before I try some intervention.
