    Squat 102.5kg 3x5 (all 8.5)
    Press 49kg 3x5

    Minor left arm pain after squats, think it’s connected to reracking and getting out from under the bar. Lessened after 3rd set.

    Tweaked my left trap on set 3 rep 3, finished the set anyway. Tried bar only deadlift but thought it might get worse so called it a day.

    3 weeks off...

    Tuesday 22nd May 2018, 8.30pm

    Squat 80kg 3x5
    Bench 50/55/60kg 1x5 each, 50kg 1x10
    Deadlift 100kg 1x5

    Squats harder than expected, bench easier than expected. Started to feel a bit tweaky in hamstrings and glutes so just worked up to 100kg in deadlift. Onwards and upwards (probably)

    Plate row 20kg 2x12, 30kg 2x12
    Lat pulldown 50 2x15
    Tricep pulldown 50lb 3x15
    Barbell curl 10kg 2x15, 1x20

    Adding a bit of feeble arm work.

    starting strength coach development program

    Squat 95kg 3x5, 80kg 2x8
    Bench 61kg 2x5, 50kg 2x10
    Various lat/tricep pulldowns and back extensions.

    Gym being refurbished, lucky to get any use of free weights. Nowhere to deadlift today.
