Thanks Bill. I have to admit that I didn't see your reply until after my return workout after 10 days. Here is what I sent with:
Squat - 225 x 5 x 3
Bench - 205 x 5 x 3
DL - 315 x 5
This equated to 80% of squat, 88% squat and 88% of DL.
Good to be back at it and I will ramp back up over the next two weeks.
