1/8/20:
Chins assisted 27lb 4x5

Having a hard time recalling these workouts, need to log more regularly. Played some relatively high intensity tennis on 1/4 which left me really sore and needing some extra time to recover. Will be playing more regularly and also have changed my diet so I may take a step back and do a bit of a reset here. Need to figure out my gameplan for the next couple of months. Got a food scale and may start tracking that soon.
