    11/1/19:
    Squat 250lb - 1x2
    OHP 127.5lb - 3x5
    Deadlift 255lb - 1x7

Weird week of not great sleep, and this workout was at the very end of the day and time-limited due to overtime at work. I knew I wouldn't have enough time to do all my sets of squats at working weight so I bumped up to 250lb and it did not go well. Actually failed the 3rd rep and had to rest it on the rails and sit down. Despite that I'm glad I got in the warm up reps and look forward to a normal set next time. OHP went well, it was a struggle getting some of the reps in and form was less than ideal on the last few. Light deadlifts went fine, I like doing a couple extra, it completely wipes me out but I feel great afterward.

    11/4/19:
    Squat 245lb - 1x3, 1x5, 1x4, 1x3
    Bench 195lb - 1x2, 1x3
    Deadlift 305lb - 1x2

Bit of a mess today. I suppose I was due for a correction after things had been going well for a while. Squats were tough, seemed to hit a wall on the first set. Really focused on tightening up the rest of the way and things went better but it was still a grind. Had to shorten my bench workout due to time so I upped it a bit higher and couldn't do much. Felt relatively OK on the deadlifts but just didn't have more reps in me today. Noticed a few very minor aches start to work their way in...some fatigue on the outside of my right hip, some barely noticeable right knee pain, and sporadic pain that radiates on the outside of my left arm which is the most bothersome. None of them are that significant but I'm trying to be hypersensitive about things because I know how quickly minor things can develop into bigger problems. My plan is to deload slightly across the board for the next workouts and see if I can work my way back up and beyond.

    11/8/19:
    Squat 245lb - 1x4, 1x5, 1x5, 1x1
    OHP 130lb - 1x3, 1x3, 1x2
    Deadlift 255lb - 1x8

Felt good going into the workout so decided to stick with progression rather than deload. Felt good overall. Couldn't quite finish the first set of squats but battled through the rest, it was a grind. The fatigue on the outside of my hip felt more noticeable so I need to monitor that. Press just felt too tough after the squats. Deadlifts felt decent.

    11/11/19:
    Squat 225lb - 3x5
    Bench 190b - 3x5
    Deadlift 305lb - 1x2, 275lb - 1x3

Bit of a reality check for this workout. Decided to back off on squats to really focus on form since some nagging pain has crept in. Lower back fatigue, left arm pain, and still some very minor right knee aches but only when climbing stairs. The squats felt really tough but also felt like I was going deeper (as in, actually reaching proper depth) which may explain that. I'm trying to better understand the stretch reflex and bounce out of the hole, I'm not really sure that it's happening or maybe it is but I'm just not perceiving it? Bench went surprisingly well maybe because of the dip in weight on my squats, but felt radiating pain in my left arm afterward. Deadlifts were not good, felt like my back was rounding on several of the reps. Probably due to the low back fatigue I was feeling. I may need to back off on my light day even further with those.

    11/15/19:
    Squat 230lb - 3x5
    OHP 130lb - 1x4, 1x5, 1x4, 1x2
    Deadlift 235lb - 1x5, 285lb 1x1

Low motivation going into the workout, and felt slightly nauseous the whole time. Squats felt difficult and form felt all over the place. I really need to take some video and dissect things more. Press went relatively OK but couldn't quite manage the reps on the first and last sets. Did not want to go heavy on the deadlifts considering my low back has been feeling really fatigued so just did a light set and one heavier rep.

    11/18/19:
    Squat 245lb - 1x3, 1x2
    Bench 195lb - 1x4, 1x3, 1x4, 1x2, 1x2
    Deadlift 305lb - 1x2, 295lb - 1x2

Blah. Poor motivation again, no real reason for it, felt relatively well rested. Still some aches and pains all over but no excuse for the bad mentality. Had to bench first because the squat rack wasn't available. Felt OK on the reps. Squatted next, initially I planned on doing just some light reps but I decided to try for a 1x5 at 245lb and the reps I managed I felt were OK. Deadlift went pretty much the same as last time but I didn't feel as much rounding in my back as last time.

    11/22/19:
    Squat 235lb - 3x5
    OHP 130lb - 1x4, 1x4, 1x3, 1x1, 115lb 1x3
    Deadlift 255lb - 1x2, 290lb 1x1

Felt like I had a good form day on the squats. Depth felt appropriate and felt tight and controlled on the reps. OHP seemed tough, I was in a bit of a hurry and not giving myself enough rest in between sets which probably contributed to some missed reps. Deadlift felt strong for a lighter day.

    11/25/19:
    Squat 240lb - 3x5
    Bench 192.5lb - 1x4, 1x4, 1x4, 1x3
    Deadlift 305lb - 1x2, 1x1, 1x1 295lb - 1x1

An OK day. Squats went up but felt so tough. My mentality was pretty good going into the sets but felt really spent afterward, and kind of nauseous. My nutrition wasn't great today so that may have played a factor. Need to remember the 'raise chest' cue and staying tight on the ascent. Bench went OK, decided to start microloading. Felt like I could have gotten the 5th rep on each set but just got nervous without a spotter. Felt strong on the deads but lost control of descent on one rep due to failing grip.

    OHP 130lb - 3x5
    Deadlift 265lb - 1x2, 295lb 1x1

    Body weight: 220lb

Felt pretty good. Squats felt tough but not as much of an unbearable grind as before. Form felt OK. Press felt strong and finally went up at 130lb. Just light deadlifts. Checking in with myself, I feel overall OK, still some minor low back and right hip fatigue, but nothing debilitating.
