    Got back from a week in Houston. Didn't bother checking out the globo gyms (I don't like them) and just took a few days off. Picked up with my next progressions for this session.

    Thank you sir. I really needed to take a big breath between reps and milk the rest between sets to make this happen. Prior to this it seemed easy. It's work now.

    Intellectually, I know this is what it takes. But I still feel surprised when the squat from the hole feels like it moves at a glacial pace, yet two days later, 5lbs more feels exactly the same (not harder).
