Started the HLM today/ Today was Light day

    Squat 94kg 2x5
    OHP 55kg 3x5
    Power Snatches 40kg 5x3
    Chinups Bodyweight 3x4

So I played tennis last night and my forearm and shoulder was a bit sore. I took it easy on the pullups.

I tried my hardest to clean. I really did. I can get the bar onto my shoulders, but if I use any weight the last 15% of the movement before it drops to my shoulders feels like its ripping my inner rotator cuff apart. The force is at an angle. Its not a stretching thing at this point. I can comfortable hold 100kg on my delts if I pick it off the pins.

At this point I don't think the risk of injury is worth it. I'm just going to snatch and not look back. Exactly what you are saying Peez, and what Tom has advised. If I worked for months could I get the correct form and musculature to do it? Maybe. Its not worth the risk of injury. Especially like you said snatches are fun and feel very fluid and easy compared to clean.

Stretched and rolled today. My hamstrings were pretty sore today. I was not expecting that after light day. I've really been making an effort to get enough sleep. Clocked 9 hours last night.

Heavy Day. Lowered the weight 10% off 90% so the extra volume doesn't kill me and i can progress on up.

    Squats 106kg 4x5
    Bench 90kg 4x5
    Deadlift 152kg 1x5

The 4th set was easier than i thought squat wise, because I lowered the weight quite a bit. It was actually harder than I thought it was going to be on the bench.

Had to order new jeans today. My hips and waist are getting a little too big to squeeze into some of my older ones. Gonna try some Levi 541's.

Wardrobe issues are quite common around here ... I've had to go from 559's to 569's to accommodate my growing squat thighs and butt. Wear them with pride! Good work so far!
