Deadlift 300x6
LTE 30x12,x12,x20
1st 2 sets of press were better than last set. I talked myself out of an extra rep on last set after a bad 4th rep.
Finally got 300 on deadlift. DOH grip was good. Back needs to be tighter. Lift felt like it had 2 parts to it.
Need to add weight to LTE and lower reps.

I should have got at least one more rep on bench, but I hit the hooks after unracking and it threw me off a bit, particularly without a spotter. I felt a strain in my right pec, a leftover from last time. Left shoulder pain about the same as usual.
I went back to thumbs under on squat. It felt better a far as bar control. Much less elbow pain. Wrists don't like it during the lift, but feel fine now.

Press was OK. Squats still inadequate back/elbow/bar control. Right shoulder (anterior delt?) hurt afterward. Not sure if it was Press, LTE, or Rows that caused this.
Trying to plan for intermediate programming soon. I don't intend to grind out every last bit of LP.
