    GGW #15: Wt 222: Duration 100min

    OHP 125X5X3; 125X6X1
DL - 345X5X1 (straps double overhand)
    Squats - 275X5X3 (belt)

Feeling better but still a little weak so not 100%. Hopefully, after planned 2 day layoff, energy will be fully back and I'll finally have kicked this cold. Got all prescribed lifts but had to use longer rest periods.

    GGW #16: WT 224: Duration 100 min

    OHP - 125X4X3
    Squats - 305X4X4
    DL - 315X4X3

Squats were hard but doable and deads after suffered. I used straps for first set and mixed after.

    GGW #17: WT 224: 90 min

Bench - 245X4X2; 245X6X2 (this felt easy so I went up to 6 reps for last 2 sets; last rep was RPE 9)
    Squat - 275X4X2
    Bentover Rows - 215X4X4

Finally, a workout that felt easy! Feeling much better and cold is all but gone.

Thanks Runner. Your bench will be there and more soon.

    GGW #18: WT 222: 90 min

    OHP - 135X4X3; 135X5X1
DL - 365X3X1 (missed last rep)
    Squat - 295X4X3

I was really happy with OHP tonight and it's starting to get closer to my goal in relation to bench (0.6 of bench). On deads, I paid the price for pushing too hard and not staying with the program (bumped the wt up 5% 20lbs) and I failed miserably on my last rep. Squats were solid and did them belted with my Merrell gloves and not my Adipowers like usual. Overall, I'm happy but a little pissed at my hubris regarding deads.

We all seem to pay the price for hubris at some point. For me I wanted 420 squat so bad I peaked myself without realizing it.... Keep it up man!
