Heavy Bench (for me) 65kg x 5 x 5
Medium SLDL 100kg x 5x 4
Body weight gone up a bit over the last few months up around 98.5kg or 217 pounds in old money at 5' 11''. Stocky, better than fat lol.

Heavy Squats 120kg x 5 reps x 1 set plus 112.5 Kg x 5 x 4
Heavy OHP 50 Kg x 3 x 2, missed the fourth rep on what was supposed to be a 5 x 1 top set. Totally down to form and breathing, Followed with 45kg x 5 x 4
Light Pulls - Pull downs
80kg x 5 x 2, 100kg x 5 x 1, 120kg x 5 x 1 and finally 110 kg x 5 x 2.

Heavy DL 122.5kg x 5 x 1 plus 2 x 1. Was supposed to be a 2 set of 5 but failed on 3rd rep of 2 set.
Just one of those days.

A week off for Christmas, lots of family time. 1st day back and felt it.
Light everything today.
Squats 107.5kgx 5 reps x 4 sets
OHP 45kg x 3 reps x 2 sets plus 4 reps x 2 sets, really poor form
Dl 110kg x 5 reps x 4 sets
Just need to avoid the rush of new gym goers in the next couple of weeks and back to routine.

Really bad DOMS after last session, like I never trained before.
Squat Medium - 110kg x 5 reps x 4 sets
Bench Heavy - 65kg x 5 reps x 5 sets
SLDL Medium - 100kg x 5 reps x 4 sets
Hopefully back in the groove for the new year.

Squats Medium - 112.5 kg x 5 reps x 4 sets
OHP 45kg x 5 x 4
DL 122.5kg x 5 x 2
Squats no problem, OHP struggled last set but go there.
DL more like 2 trebles and 2 doubles. Double over hand failed at 100kg, tried hook didn't work for me. Reverted to alternative grip, seems can only pull with right hand supine. Will have to work on grip.

Some time since I last logged in. Started a HML programme and then interrupted by damn Aussie flu that took me out for nearly two weeks. A little recovery when able to get back at it and now back on week 2 of HML.
Only post my High so far all in Kgs

Bench 65
Hope to get some of the relatively recently acquired extra weight round the waist off. Cutting the crap but not starving myself.

H squats 115kg x 5reps X1 plus 105kg x 5 x 4
M OHP 42.5kg x 5 x 3
L D/l 110kg x 5 x 3
Saturday mornings gym always fun watching handstands and acrobatics. On way out man tried to sign me up for Belfast Marathon. Told him I don't run and walked on lol
